Not to be a Debbie Downer
but between all the grilled cheese sandwiches, sneaking various fried foods, and containers of cheese ravioli this week, my body is feeling a bit lethargic and ready for a diet and a cleanse. Not to deny my traditional Tuesday binge and happy times, I'm just going to try to take a big break on the other 6 days and be nice to my aging-not-so-gracefully body. Esp since J recently lost 10 pounds, I feel obligated to follow suit. Don't be dismayed, there will be plenty of good pictures to look at, fair lookers. I always have to eat!
